Orthopedic and Sports Rehab
Comprehensive physical therapy of injuries and postoperative rehab for a variety of orthopedic conditions including foot/ankle, knee, hip, back/neck, shoulder pain and surgeries

Dry Needling
Dry needling is an advanced therapeutic technique performed by physical therapists to address pain, muscle tension, and movement impairments. This treatment involves the insertion of a very thin, sterile needle into specific areas of muscle tissue known as "trigger points" or knots. These trigger points are often associated with pain, restricted movement, and abnormal muscle function.

Unlike acupuncture, which is rooted in traditional Chinese medicine, dry needling is based on modern Western medical principles. The technique is called "dry" because no substances are injected into the body. Instead, the needle stimulates the targeted muscle tissue to release tension, improve blood flow, and promote natural healing processes.

Dry needling offers numerous benefits for patients experiencing musculoskeletal pain or dysfunction, including:
-
Pain relief: It helps deactivate painful trigger points and reduces muscle tension.
-
Improved mobility: By releasing tight muscle bands, it enhances range of motion and flexibility.
-
Accelerated healing: Increased blood flow to the affected area supports tissue repair.
-
Enhanced function: It restores normal muscle activation patterns and reduces strain on surrounding structures.

Spinal Manipulation
Spinal manipulation is a manual therapy technique performed by physical therapists with specialized training. It involves applying a quick, controlled force to a specific joint in the spine, using the therapist's hands. This rapid thrust is delivered over a short distance within the joint's anatomical range of motion, aiming to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance function1. The technique often results in an audible popping sound as gas bubbles are released from the joint's synovial fluid. Spinal manipulation is typically used as part of a comprehensive treatment plan for various musculoskeletal conditions affecting the neck and back.

Manual Therapy
Structural bodywork and manual therapy are forms of body manipulation used for pain relief, relaxation, and improving physical function. These techniques aim to realign the body, enhance natural movement, and address issues caused by injury, stress, or poor posture.

Practitioners use various methods, including applying pressure to soft tissues, guiding clients through specific movements, and focusing on proper alignment of the body.

The goal of these therapies is to reduce muscle tension, increase flexibility, and promote overall well-being by working with the body's structure and fascia.
Blood Flow Restriction Training
Blood Flow Restriction Training (BFRT) is a technique that uses specialized cuffs to partially restrict blood flow during exercise, triggering the body to release growth hormones that promote muscle repair, strength, and endurance.
BFRT is widely used in rehabilitation to speed up recovery and reduce healing time, helping individuals return to normal activities faster.

Deep Tissue Laser Therapy
Class IV Laser Therapy is an advanced, non-invasive treatment that uses high-powered laser light to accelerate healing, reduce pain, and decrease inflammation in both acute and chronic conditions. Unlike lower-powered laser therapies, Class IV lasers penetrate deeper into tissues, allowing for more effective treatment of muscles, joints, ligaments, and tendons
